** Our children do not want this legacy, so we are sharing them with our Listia friends.. We could sell them on Ebay, or other means,... WE ELECT NOT TO.. as most of the people here on Listia are honest and would like the opportunity they usually don't get with these types of cars .. ♥

being mispackaged and the kind ,of car and whatever was to be in it nothing . one dollar just like u bought it,back in the years having friends that worked at k mart with glue guns and resealing things I just wouldn't trust it either. get a hold of Matell and buy a book from them it tells u what there worth hotwheels collectors price guide

I have about 300 Hotwheels from 1997 to 2001 & several are "error" Hotwheels in the incorrect packaging. Do you mind if I ask why the starting bid is so high? I am just wondering as I am not familiar to the importance of such a mistake. I looked around online but I found no information. Any you can give me would be EXTREMELY helpful? I just didn't notice any price jumps in said situation. Please & thank you.
Also, good luck on all of your auctions. I looked through them & am watching a couple others. =)

It's kind of like Error notes on money.. If you find an error like that .. it is Rare. The "online" information isn't the holy grail of the values, and you would have to attend shows to know more. Like that commercial Bonjour where not everthing is found online.. but out of over 7,000 hotwheels that we had, and have parted with only some thus far.. this is the ONLY error that we have found while collecting where it was a different packaging.. there are variances which are not errors .. It's a Rare time to find one of these...
If you have, congratulations.. you either need to hold on to them, or find a place that will give you top dollar because of their error.

with it being mispackaged, what do you think it's worth? Ideas would help because you don't find it anywhere.. I'm open to suggestions, and any information you may have.. and NO we do not Gouge friends / listians.. If you can't find it, you know it's worth pretty good .. but suggestions would help.. ♥
