I should nt really explain that. Situation, but I will, I have a ton of these plugs, I sent these out within 7 days, seller was constantly on me every day because I had no tracking # on them, they were sent out, I have or have not received Return mail, before the 7 days we're up she was asking for the credits back, I felt I was cheated and she received them, so yes as you can see by all others they received there purshases, some people just can be shady Sorry not me, thanks for the inquiry
