The listing, HTC FIRST WITH FACEBOOK has ended.

HTC FIRST AT&T. The phone is about 3 months old, it is an Android version 4.1.2 , bluetooth, wi-fi. Phone will be set to factory before shipping. There is one small bobo next to the volume control where it was touched to a hot pot but does not effect the function of any thing on the phone. There are no scratches on the screen that I can see. This was used as a contract service but I beleive it can be used on the prepay system. I have upgraded to a phone that I can use with my tablet and no longer need the phone.

It is not going to be sent to the factory, I will be setting it back to the original factory settings. This way you start out with a like new phone so you can add what you want the way you like.

No it is not unlocked. I had it in a 2 year contract deal with AT&T. I think your carrier can do that or HTC can.

Ask your provider if they can unlock it for you and if you ask they will sometimes do it for free because they want to keep you as a customer.
