This is an embossing folder by Provo Craft. It is a Cuttlebug Embossing folder. These folders really add special dimension to your crafting. This can be used for scrapbooking, embellishing, card making, or more. It can help add texture and style to your paper and cardstock projects. These folders fit most embossing machines. It works best with heavy weight cardstock. I love the idea of illustrating fruit. It reminds us of healthy options. This folder is 6 7/8 inches by not quite 5 inches wide.

If you need some help learning embossing techniques, there are lots of demonstration videos on you-tube and by Tim Holtz. Just google his user name. Tim likes to use a light sander to gently rub the top of the embossed item to make it pop. Anna Griffin does the same thing, but she likes to also use a brayer and put washable metallic ink in the folder then run it through the embossing machine. Then, just wash off the ink. She also will use an ink pad and just dab the top of an embossed image.
