This is a brand new with tags Olaf from Disneys Frozen reusable tote or it could even be used as a Halloween bag. About 13" by 13" not including handles. Same image on both sides. Has blue handles. Will be folded for mailing.

It doesn't say the material anywhere ive seen but it feels like one of those vinyl type bags. Its one of those reusable shopping bags and a good bit are vinyly.
