The listing, LOT OF 3 BLUES COLLECTIBLE WOMENS SCARVES, VERA SILK BLEND, ANN TAYLOR SILK, BLUE PAISLEY ACETATE has ended.

You get all 3 in this auction.

The turquoise one on the top of the pile is the vera scarf, a silk blend. Hand rolled hem, 27x26.5. I found a couple of light runs when holding it up to light.
The blue paisley with red and white has no brand, and is marked acetate, japan. Feels just like silk, hand rolled hem, somewhat compressed, no flaws.
The green and blue is the Ann Taylor, all silk. hand rolled hem, nice and fluffy in contrasting color to the border, no flaws.

I have been selling Hermes scarves for years, so I know what I'm looking at when I inspect scarves.

When a scarf with rolled hems is new, the hems are rounded so they look fluffy. When you press a scarf with rolled hems, you don't press the hems. You just press up to them. So a scarf with compressed hems has been ironed, hems included. It's not a crime in most states, but Hermes scarf buyers always want to be assured that the hems are "fluffy".
Maybe someday I will try one of my hermes headbands on here. I make headbands from the hermes scarves and ties that have issues and sell them elsewhere.

I would be very interested in seeing the headbands. You know how girls are these days. Very label oriented (even though they are 28 and 21). Those headbands will be a very classy find. Count me in as interested!!

Thanks, I just finished a new Hermes one made from a scarf last night. Working on a burberry tonight. I have a beautiful chanel tie to cut up soon, with tiny perfume bottles all over it.
