I am guessing the make is New Star since that is what it says on the back. My son used it briefly then put it back into the case. The MP3 player itself is in like new condition, he didn't even remove the plastic from the screen. I tested it just to see if it would go on and it did for about 2 seconds then shut off due to no battery energy. He didn't put the cord piece back in to charge it or the headphones so i don't know where it is. Listing as IS...and since i can't fully test it i can not guarantee if it fully works. Small manual booklet included....case and manual included. Great for anyone who has the cord, headphones and if there is any problems they can fix it. FREE shipping usa.
P.S the back side of the case reads: MP4 player, MP3 player, voice recorder, photo browser, e-book reader,usb flash disk.

no, because i don't know what my son did with it, could be a possibilty i have it with all my wires, but all that stuff is packed away from when i recently moved and i have no idea what box that is. :)

I honestly don't know, i am not an IPOD user..(still stuck in the 80's and 90's) where i still use a digital walkman and my portable cd player :) This was a gift for my son.

honestly i have no idea if i even still actually have them, nor would know where to start to look, i moved two months ago and items that are not being used is stored away. Now if i did look i really don't know what they even look like, so i wouldn't know what i was looking for. other then headphones are headphones to me.
