This button down tank from Talbots has ruffles down the buttons and around the collar. Not clown ruffles...small ruffles, very classy. (Click on pics to blow them up and you'll see it in all its glory)
In the pictures it looks like a light black, one pic accuately looks grey, when in fact it is black, black, no fading whatsoever.
This top is new, I don't have tags anymore, but its been hanging in my closet since the day I bought it and have never worn, never washed. (Tried on at store, but never worn)

so..I forgot to put the size...so sorry.
it is a 14. I would say on the scale of 14's is is on the smaller side. To give you an example if Y
your a 14 and your breasts are bigger than a D, unfortunately this top is not tor you. If your a D or smaller this would fit a 14 great.
I'm a 38 D ad it fits me, but its a little snug, but not uncomfortable.
If your a10 to a 12 this top would be great for you. You'd have room if you have larger breasts, or would fit great if your a D like me (although I'm a big D). But, if your a 10 or a 12 this top will not look like its too big on you. My mom is a 10 and has 36 D and it looked great on her.
So...in summation if your in the range of 10 to 14 this top will be great for you (as long as your a 14 with D or smaller
breasts).

**This top really is beautiful on** and I would keep it, but unfortunately I'm unable to work any more because of health reasons.
Oh, and to say again...it is black..dark black...never washed, no fading at all (some of the pics make it look light black or even grey). After I bought it, it went straight to my closet, never washed still brand new, so no fading whatsoever. Unfortunately in some pics it looks faded, even grey. It back ladies :-)
