Very pretty ring but the band is worn in different places. This is a relist. If you put some work into the ring it could be top notch or leave it how it is. Very pretty vintage ring!
I can't make out what it says on the inside but definitely stamped. Tried to show in pics.

Hopefully this will be of some information to you. I sold one of these on here back in July of 2013 after taking it to a jeweler it was said to be 11 K gold plate and the diamonds were real so was the garnet. Best of luck.

I am not sure. I am going to say no but if it is then it will be your benefit. The listian above did say she has one exactly like it and it is 11k so it might be. I just didn't look into it.
