Like Brand New Sims 3 ds game, although it is not in the shrink wrap, it's still pretty in pretty much the same condition I bought, Brand New. I bought it back in May of this year and it has been rarely used since then. It also comes with everything in practically mint condition.

I will do free shipping, which will still include DC/Tracking Number, if the auction reaches 5000 credits or more. This might seem high but when I say this is like a brand new game, I REALLY mean it. The only thing missing is the shrink wrap and I don't have the machine for that sooo....

You are aware that not everyone can use the new shipping service right? There are members that it won't allow them to type p.o box info on, also gives members a hard time that try to add a letter to their street address after the number such as 245B, the site dosn't ad it so therefore, they send you their address through it and it's wrong.

Yes, I am aware of that but as the rest of my disclaimer states, "if you don't want to use the new address method then DO NOT BID". I am a very reasonable seller, but I also won't ditch the rules just because a few people have hit snags.

Listia's new address rule states, that in the event a dispute is filed and it is found that I shipped to an unverified address then it is unlikely that the dispute would be settled in my favor. Which is something I don't plan playing a factor if for some reason a dispute is filed.

A bid can't be cancelled on Listia, but don't worry about it. I am pretty sure this auction will go higher than 203 credits before it ends. Just don't bid anymore and you will be outbid.

Thing is, these members are not aware that they're shipping address isn't coming through wrong. On their end it shows what they typed is going through to you but on our end it's not coming through like that.
I've personally ran into this with four of my auction winners, their address comes up and I have to now copy and paste it back to them for them verify and then they act like I deleted some of their address. Listia needs to fix the glitch. It's not these members fault, it's the systems. Chances are, if they can prove that the system isn't accepting their full address, a moderator will favour the winners side. I personally would perfer the member to send me their address through the system but also send me it in a personal emial, this way we're all on the right track. Thanks!

I see where you're coming from and i've had a few people submit their address threw the new way and the old way just for confirmation. If this issue does come about I won't hesitate to open a support ticket asking Listia what I should do. In the mean time, those who have extras letters or directions on their address should contact listia via help/support ticket to see if they can help with this bug.

Still Listia requires that winners submit their address threw the new address method, so I require that as well. A winner can always submit their info to me threw the new address method and then resend their address through email to verify it. Then if the address don't match up then either I or the winner can contact Listia about it and then we can take it from their. But I still will not ship to any address sent solely through email, I will still require winners of my auctions to submit their address through the new address method and I will deal with any address issues as/if they occur.

I forgot to state that in the event this auction goes for LESS than 5000 credits, the item will NOT be shipped until AFTER shipping is paid via Paypal. No exceptions in this case.

If this auction ends AT 5000 credits or Higher, then shipping will become free.
