The listing, 50 unused postage stamps 1982 set State Birds & Flowers $10 face value has ended.

I hope that there are some stamp collectors on Listia! I've found a sheet of fifty stamps from 1982. Each has twenty cents postage, for a total of ten dollars postage on the entire sheet. Beautiful, beautiful stamps - one for each state, with their own state flower and state bird. None of the stamps have been used.

Looks like the cardinal is a very, very popular state bird!

You could use these for postage, or they would be just beautiful to keep as an entire sheet. I do have a carrier sleeve that matches the stamp set, but it shows wear on the cover - it's not bent or torn, but a lot of the blue color has worn away - age? 1982 is thirty years ago...

Feel free to ask questions. I'm not a stamp collector, so I'm not sure what to include. Nonsmoking home.

Thanks - these actually belong to my mom - she's 91 and loved getting these sheets of stamps when they came out. She'd just like someone to enjoy them - they are quite pretty.
