This is E.L.F shimmering facial whip BNIP and the color says lilac petal it is .34oz. It is hard to read on the package but it says it can be used on eyes, lips, and face. I guess you could say "make-up on the go" Good luck

Does it state a skin tone on package? Looks Like med to dark maybe?

wanda it does not say skin tone but looking at the directions it says blend into cheeks, eyes or lips. so it is more to use as a blush , lips or eyes. not a foundation. does that make sense? hope this helped.
