These are New never used but pkgs are in rough shape! Colors are 2 white-1 red-1 orange-1 yellow-1 green-1 blue-1 black! I did check one to make sure they work! These will get there in time for Halloween!

yes one is said to be glow in the dark out of each 4 pk so that is 2 white!

i have cked they all work as for the glow in the dark its only one out of each pk of 4 that says it glows and the one that is said to glow is white ( I did not see this glowing in the dark but I did not put it on my skin) and I am unsure if this actually glows as it might react diff. if on skin rather than paper! But I will say that every thing white glows under the black lights of Halloween! Hope that helps happy bidding, if bidding and have a great wk
