The mark might (or might not ) be Avon, as I had one just like this years ago from that company. Pretty!

The unreadable maker's mark appears to be symbol, figural not letters and too tiny to say avon. I am still trying to find stronger magnification to enable me to depict what it is.

The local jeweler was able to see the maker's mark today. It is the initials SU.
