There is only a slight stretch to the material, and has adjustable straps. Just needs a little steaming to get the lace to perk up. Has been laundered.

I'm sorry to bother you, but I am very new to listia, I have only been here a few days and I was wondering about my address. I'm not sure if it's verified by listia yet because I haven't won any auctions...
