The first 15c stamp issued in 1963 is unusual & fun to collect, Montgomery Blair, Postmaster General who assembled the first International Postal Conference. The 2nd 3c stamp issued May 23, 1949, depicts the 300th anniversary of the founding of Annapolis MD. The 3rd stamp, the 3c stamp of honoring the first official message sent my telegraph. Issued May 24, 1944. It was sent along telegraph lines by Samuel F B Morse and strung from the Capitol in Washington, DC, to Baltimore MD.
