These two bottle of nail polish are Acrylic. One is a Pearl base colour and the other one is a clear top coat. Please allow 7-9 days for delivery within Canada and 10-13 days for delivery in the US and everywhere else depends on location of delivery. I accept paypal ONLY for shipping fees. Sorry I could lower the GIN by like 500-800 credits. Otherwise I can't help you... everyone has an excuse of why they need something but refuse to pay out the credits or the shipping fees. I am not a charity case. I am not being rude or hurtful, I am just saying it truthfully. The shipping is what it is at because of the weight in grams that it will cost for me to ship it. Plus that isn't even the whole cost to ship it, so I still pay out of pocket. Sorry.....
