Also to the person inquiring about Canadian shipping, have you considered using a mailing address service beyond the border to get American packages? There's lots of them out there, just have to search for one closest to the border near you. This is what I use here on Listia and other places to get free US shipping and it's worked great, since they usually only charge you about $2-5 per package - which beats paying $40-50 for shipping to Canada. You would have to be able to drive down there to pick them up.
