These are new, unworn, without tags. I purchased them for my daughter, but she pulled the tags, tried them on, and they were too small for her. They are a size adult small. The measurements are as follows:
Chest 41 1/2 in.
Sleeve Length 23 1/4 in.
Elastic Waist (relaxed) 27 1/2 in.
Inseam 28 in.

Two-piece classic flannel Zombie Pajamas
Button down shirt, elastic waist pants with pockets

That's the waist measurement as it sits. It's elastic, so it will give more.
