On the bottom of the box it says 1991 Coca - Cola Company.... I have more pics of this if you can tell me how to update my post

from the bottom of the silver part to the top of the red is about 7 1/2 inches tall. The width of the red open part is a little over 5 inches wide and the bottom silver part is a little over 4 inches wide. I hope this helps some. It does light up and the 2 bears dance around. It's adorable I think.
