If by shiny you mean holographic then yes. It's a real card as well as you can tell by my feedback.

I don't mind the questions. I was new here once too. Find items that people are interested in that you have and list them. If you want more bids and points list them with free shipping. For me I auction off my Pokemon cards and buy video game items. Just find a niche that you can get a lot of points on, and make sure you get your account verified too. A lot more people will bid.

There are 5 versions of this card. This was the last one printed, as its in the second base set.

Near Mint it's worth $20 and if it was perfectly mint it'd be worth $30+. A PSA graded Mint 9 Base Set 2 Charizard recently sold for $80. But that means it's in near perfect condition.

A sleeve inside of a top loader inside of a team bag. Then that will be sandwiched between two notecards inside of a security envelope. The best shipping out there.
