Its longer in the front and back, 25in from tag to bottom, shorter on sides, 13in from armpit to bottom, and there is an elastic band for the waist. It's sheer, I'd wear a cami under it. My daughter said yes she'd wear it with leggings (she's a size 1) I personally would not cause I need more bootie coverage :)
