These are just sooo adorable!!
The brand is RUSS

BIG one measures 6" around & holds a 3 1/2x 3 1/2 Pic
And sits.

The smaller one is magnetic and can sit as well and its measurements are 3" round and holds a 1 1/2 pic

This pair would make a great gift. They have never been used, just stored in my desk.

They are both glass or ceramic type material, not sure but they are breakable.
