LARGE LOT OF BEAUTIFUL GEMSTONES ~

You will receive what is pictured. I just recently purchased
these at a sale. I thought they were gorgeous and decided
to offer these to my Listia family.
I don't make jewelry, and I don't know what types of gemstones these are.
The gemstones you see in the pictures are the gemstones that you will receive.

I always include a BONUS with my shipments. My buyers

Questions & Comments

Since this is what I made my living at prior to getting Cancer I can put it this way. You can have tumbled Amethyst (my number on seller in my brick and mortar store) but it is still a gemstone it is just in a tumbled stone. But never a rock. While I have argued this one before HSN put the argument to an end when they actually said that the gemstones are always gemstones regardless of the form. You have a great variety of gemstones. In the third pic the one of the right is Citrine which is four dollars a piece even in tumbled form. The top one is Unakite which is a powerful stone a dollar a piece. I believe the bottom one is Sodalite which is a great stone for calm about 2.00 dollars a piece. Fourth pic I see a Falcon's Eye (also known as an Apache tear) 4.00 dollars a piece. Bloodstone, Zebra Jasper, Zebra Jasper all a 1.00 a piece. Okay I do see a "river rock in there is big black and flat but you know what Massage therapists pay for those for "hot stone massages" lol To you and me they are worth a quarter but when they buy them they are about $20.00 per dozen. Everything is worth what someone will pay for it. I also see a Carnelian gemstone which is a 2.00 tumbled, I also see a Natural moonstone. Long before moonstone becomes the really pretty stone that everyone wants it is brought out the ground and it looks like a barely recognizable gem. I don't know what you paid for them but you have a pretty awesome lot here at bare minimum and conservatively speaking you have a 40 to 60 dollar lot of Tumbled GEMSTONES here. If I didn't have hundreds of lbs of them I would be all over it. I have a 6000 square foot store stocked when I got sick. So I have been giving them away on here. Normally I get 20 to 30 thousand credits for 10 tumbled stones. So you really do have one heck of a deal here. Go Lady Go! Awesome Really Awesome! I agree 100% with my friends and fellow gemstone specialists, Miss Aluuna and Miss Estilosa. I too have studied, gifted and sold many of these very gemstones over the years, but first and foremost- I collect them as a hobby. Quite an addicting hobby, I might add, lol. You no doubt have an amazing collection of tumbled and polished Natural GEMSTONES and/or Crystals, and a very nice variety, as well. All very nice specimens. I just hope the winner understands and appreciates these for what they actually are. Lots of potential in this lot...for the novice collector, to Reiki Healers... and many other Metaphysical Practitioners. I will be bidding for sure...would love to win this lot- to compliment my own personal collection. Thanks so much for offering these! :)

Being the "Old Fossil " of the bunch I am a retired Lab Scientist, Rock Hound and took up Gemology as a hobby...I personally see no stone that is just of one grouping. I do see the birthing of many beautiful combinations of stones given time could group into a completely new era of stone formation. I see a combination of Lodestone and River rock, Unakite and jasper and the one I think the gal called Sodalite is a pale blue veined jasper as well. You have a beautiful arrangement of stones which to many are "just rocks"but to those of us with the educated and studied eye see a world of health and beauty, kudos on a very nice auction!!! xo Much luck and love...

Even if you aren't into metastuff, each of these gemstones would make a nice pendant with a drilled hole or a glued-on cap for a bail hanging by a nice necklace chain... or daisy-chained into a bracelet.

My gemstone hobby has spanned 55 years so far, costing a buck or two every day and resulting in gifts for all of the women in my life. I've even sold a few along the way. Now I have added a new wrinkle to my resume with faceting. There's always something to learn. Drop by a rock shop and meet some nice folks, go to their club meeting and learn even more!
