Description
The listing, Apple camera QuickTake 100, antique, nonworking has ended.
This camera was the first one marketed for the Mac, about 30 years ago. This one looks good and would have worked if It was not found with corroded batteries left in the camera. Now, its suitable as a display piece at a computer museum.
Yes, there were cables with the camera. Once I saw the batteries, I abandoned them. But I would be happy to post their description and include them in the auction.
It is assumed that everyone bidding on this item has read everything. That they are aware of the corrosion in the battery compartment. And that seller has stated up front that the item is non-working.
I would be upset myself. But it would look pretty cool on my workshop wall, just to see how many people ask me what it is. I love stuff like this. I have a ton of old Atari computers, and still use em too. Great auction, by the way!
