Yes it is. I either use my amazon cloud to put music on it or using windows media player i take songs from my favorite CD's and sync them onto it. I have already deleted all of the music that i had on it so it will be a clean player.

I set it up the way i did because i cannot ship this item until the 1st of October. Shipping and tracking will cost me close to $4.00 with buying a bubble mailer as well and was hoping to get around 7,500 for this. I don't mind doing a GIN for 7,500 but i cannot afford to ship until the 1st which is 10 days out. Just let me know if you want this item.

Yes it does, when you hit the menu button on the top it gives you several choices with the first being Music but recordings by voice is on there as well.
