---I've never had to wait a month to get credits refunded,more like a week,tops.If after 3 days you've sent your address & seller hasn't responded you can then request your refund & then they have 5 days to respond & if not,auto-refund,but also,if Listia decides the auctions was a fake,they refund immediately.
Its just safer to not bid when a seller has as many red-flags as this one because if they're legit they'd take the time to set up a proper auction & at least get verified,its such a simple process.

this is a scam all of the pictures are exactly the same!!!! Plus the person doesn't have a profile picture, i mean who deosn't have a profile picture.

There is also a group from fb playing games & put things up just for people to bid but they are not sending anything. They think it's funny. New flash, it isn't.

Sorry I meant it takes almost a month to get your credits back. Listia makes you wait a certain amount of days before you can even open a complaint to get your credits returned. I always click on the person who is doing the auction and check and see that they have had a few auctions and more importantly received positive feedback. There are some great sellers on this site but unfortunately there are times when a seller doesnt come through.

I'm really tired of all the scammers! there's got to be a way for Listia to check better! Also the newbies with ZERO< ZERO< ZERO anything. I think approx 1/3 of my auctions are from teenagers and especially tweens. Well I don't mind having the extra credits, Listia actually GAVE a newbie's credits back after she filed a dispute last week cause she didn't want to pay shipping!! I am still extremely angry over that one! I filed an appeal and nothing was done! If you want to message me,I will give you my email so you can tell me your stories! Feel free to do so!

You will get your credits back from Listias but it takes forever almost a month belongs to. I would be afraid to bid on it. Considering no questions have been answered from the person this auction belongs to.

What happens if you bid on it and it turns out to be a scam? Do you get back the credits you bid with?

Can you ship it to Europe for free please? And can you lower the days please?

just so you know , you will not receive your credits until you ship out winning items and winner lets Listia know they have actually received them. SO !!! if this a scam ( i'm not saying it is ) you are wasting both winners time and yours . ( just a suggestion
