Wow, do I have an awesome item for you guys and dolls!! A Memorex MP3 player that is practically brand new!! I bought this thinking I needed an MP3 player but it has just been sitting in its box collecting dust. I bought this from amazon.com and downloaded a few songs on it but I've not even used the ear buds. This comes with the pink and white player (which also has a photo viewer, voice recorder, and fm radio). It comes with the usb cord, ear buds, instruction manual, and a sports band for your arm or wrist to place the player in. I do not know what happened to the software disc but I double checked and you can download the firmware for it at memorex.com. A nice player but if I never use it what good is it doing just sitting in my drawer. Might as well get it in the hands of someone who will use it. Thanks for looking and have fun!!

Yes, its a USB charger that you plug into your computer. Same one that you use to transfer the files.

:) the strike has been over for more than a week, and 64oz(4lbs) costs $17.82 first class standard to Canada check the link provided. though I can't imagine this weighs more than 1lbs :) If it's much more that what I said it would be I would be happy to pitch in the difference.:) If i win...
