This is a very gently used (only used one time) iPod touch 4th generation hard case/cover. The brand is ifrogz.
The case is hard so it should protect your iPod from most damage :)

I'm pretty sure iphone 4 and iPhone 4s are the same size, because most cases say 4/4s, but I will check and let you know for sure!
I had a 4 that I used it on.

Ok so I googled it and most people say yes, they have the same exact dimensions. When I bought the case it said 4/4s on it.
So, since I haven't tried it on a 4s, I can't give you a 100% guarantee. I recommend googling it too and then deciding for yourself :)
