i always pay shipping and get a tracking number, however to keep doing that i need to make sure i'm getting enough on credits to cover that. i do not put a tracking number on first class envelopes anymore. to put tracking numbers on them they have to be a certain weight and size. cards and seeds do not fit that criteria.
