No its not, but you can use the card number and pin I give you to purchase a printable one online at walmart.com Just use the number and pin when checking out.. its an even swap dollarwise.

Yes I will but it could cost close to $3 because i wont ship without tracking. And they wont put tracking on a regular envelope, so that would mean i would have package it to go first class parcel. The other option is to use the card number and pin and have walmart send u the physical card, and u can probably track it in your walmart account... same idea as printable card, but you get a physical card
