Description

The listing, Plus Size 2X Jessica Taylor Dress or Tuinc Never Worn has ended.

This Auction is for a Brand New Plus Size 2X (18/20) Jessica Taylor Empire Waist Light Weight Dress or Tunic. This a Beautiful Piece that I purchased off of Zulily but then found that I didn't have the "sisters" to fill it out. So it's tags have been removed and I tried it on several times trying to decide if I wanted to wear it but it has never been worn.
This Dress/or Tunic is an "Empire Waist" Dress that has an elastic band at the waist. It is 18" unstretched and is 24" when gently stretched. (laid flat measured across)
It is made of:
100% Rayon
Made in India
Care Instructions:
Hand Wash Separately
Cold Water
Do Not Bleach
Warm Iron
Line Dry
Now all I can tell you about is how it fit me. I am 5'5" and it came to just at the bottom of my knee. From my 38 B or C chest size I suggest wearing a tank with a shelf bra underneath but I think if you were blessed with the kind curves a woman is suppose to have then you can fill it out just fine and wear it as it. So that is what I can speak to. I have no idea what it is like to have DD's. Even at my largest prior to getting cancer I only had C's. so please don't ask me how it will fit you chest because I honestly don't know.

Thank you so much for stopping by and taking a look at this auction. Please feel free to ask any questions about the Dress/Tunic you may have.

Now for the no fun part:
This home is a Non-Smoking but pet friendly Household. While our pets have never been allowed in either our bedroom our my Craft room (where I keep my Listia stuff) I can't promise an errant hair won't be transferred during packaging. We do burn incense daily both for Spiritual and relaxation purposes. So if you bid it you bought it. I really dislike having to have this in an auction but clothing seems to be the worst for nit picking complaints.

~Namaste

When it is unstretched it is actually 36" around because if I didn't make it clear the measurement is flat and unstretched. so it is actually double that original "waist measurement" Now I put the 18/20 in parenthesis b/c that is the size I wore when I bought it. It fit but I never had the girls to fill the chest . So it is my best guess but if you flip through the pics you will see the that the tag says 2X. The following is directly from Jessica Taylor's sizing Chart So yeppers it is exactly a 2X. I am sorry if my FLAT measurements made it confusing
U.S. Sizes 14W 16W 18W 20W 22W 24W
Bust (inches) 40 42 44 46 48 50
Waist (inches) 31 33 35 37 39.5 42
Hip (inches) 42 44 46 48 50.5 53

Hopefully this helps everyone because there are all the measurements for the bust and everything. Hope that helps everyone who comes to look and hope you enjoy the auction here and everywhere on Listia. So short answer is no mistakes made only misunderstandings. ~Namaste

I agree with you. I actually felt much more comfortable and "luscious" (that is the G rated version of the word I wanted to say=) at a bare minimum of 50lb heavier than I am now. I am was only 32 when I had my first tumor(that one was attattched to an ovary and was the size of a basketball weighing in at 22lbs and made a Medical Journal) and then 34 when they diagnosed me with Uterine Cancer and they had to do a radical hysterectomy. I will see people and they tell me how "good" I look and I want to scream because if they really look they will see I don't look healthy. When I was "fat" or "fluffy" I walked several miles a day and was a state weightlifting champion in H.S. and College and NOW after 9 surgeries in two years, chemo, radiation, I can barely walk a flight of stairs and I can only lift 5lbs at the most because all the surgeries have been abdominal. So I get frustrated b/c the thin equates "looking good" to them and I want to scream because I would love to be healthy and overweight again instead of slender and sick. Anyway I will get off my soap box and wish the very best blessings that all your labs come back with the best of news possible. May blessings Abundant be visited on you. ~Namaste

I had the problem of being so young and going through surgical menopause and none of my friends were and so I felt very lonely and isolated so I completely understand. So my "door" is always open (or my message inbox=) if you need to lean on me or complain b/c you are sweating in a snow storm...seriously anything. ~Namaste

I'm so sorry with the suffering the 2 of you have been through. My heart hurts for you and I know a little of your pain. I had a Tumor attached to my Aortic Arch and had to have open heart surgery to remove it at 42. It was the size of a Kennedy Half dollar when it was removed and now I feel guilty complaining about that! Shame on me when their is all ways some one else a lot worse off than yourself. I will pray to the Rosary tonight and light a candle for both of you and I will count my blessings. My Tumor was Benign. Have a blessed day and life!

Oh You are so Sweet but I never ever blame someone for complaining because whatever is the worst thing is your life is your baseline and Lord knows I don't want someone to go through something worse so that they know what I am going through. Never Ever. I do know that sometimes God will put us in the place we are suppose to be at the moment we are suppose to be there. When I first finished my Bachelors and moved to Missouri to work on My Masters I had been here less than two weeks when I got hit head on by a truck....fast forward about 2 months and one of the things that happened was that my leg was shattered and I had to go to my PT at 6:30am because I was working 1 full time job and one part time to try to make ends meet and I was feeling down when I watch a young woman get out of her jeep and she had no leg....NONE and she was maybe 20 and here I was 24 and feeling so sorry for myself. In that moment I thanked God that I had two jobs and a leg....despite having months and several surgeries to rebuild it I had a leg when this beautiful young lady did not. So at that moment my priorities and attitude of gratitude changed. In fact that is the day that I decided I would have an attitude of gratitude no matter how bad a day seemed there is always something to be grateful for. You are a dear and I understand the sentiment but don't feel bad just be Grateful because God is Good and you are Loved. ~Namaste
