The listing, Realistic Radio Transceivers/WalkieTalkies TRC-83 has ended.

These work. They require 10 AA batteries each. From my Google search there is not much about them except they appear to be vintage 1960's and maybe military usage. The battery covers are gone; a little duct tape will take care of that. The antennas are at least 20 inches long, but the tips are missing. I will have them pulled out as much as possible when I ship them because I don't want you to have to use tweezer to pull the ends out like I did.

I don't know, but if you can afford those lithium AA, they will last a long time.
