It has a wall charger just like a cell phone. In fact it's battery is just a cell phone, after the unit is charged you unplug it or if you are going to be online most of the day leave it connected to the charger.

It actually is no different then what I am paying right now thru AT&T. I'm pretty sure anyone who is interested in this item would have done research on it before bidding.
