Description

The listing, 100 STERLING Earring Wires with ~ Get It Now! ~ has ended.

Sterling earring wires, marked 925 on the flattened part of the hook. I also have 50 and 24 of these on Listia, so please see my other items! This listing is intended for buyers who want a larger volume. So put your watch bid in and come back to get them when you have the credits!

If these don't sell Get It Now, winner receives 12 earring wires, six pair, but at 2,700 credits I'll send you 24 (12 pair). Each is marked 925 on the flattened edge you can see in the photos. GREAT for people with zinc allergies!

The sterling ear wires have become MUCH more expensive for me to buy for Listia. I also have some nice silver plate earring wires on Listia, with lower prices.

Free US and Canada shipping too!

Please see my other wonderful beads, findings and supplies to help you make unique, high-end jewelry! Many of my items are available Get It Now. See all my listings at http://www.listia.com/profile/auctions/28303! See necklaces and earrings I've made recently at http://s247.photobucket.com/albums/gg146/natahoa/Jewelry/

11 thousand? Wow, I don't think I Ever have had that many credits, all together, in a whole year! LOL
Can you guys with big GINs PLEASE list the auction details first and your GIN as another option second, like it was meant to be listed? It gets very confusing what the actual auction is for! I lost 909 credits, this week, misunderstanding what the auction WASN'T and the GIN was, when the GIN was listed first.Thanx Jo :0)

I sell these in lots of 24 earring wires for about 2900 credits, and 50 for 5979, and I've sold quite a few lots of both. So this is a slight discount on those prices. I have a buyer who asked me to post a lot of 100 of these, so I did. I'm not sure she's accumulated enough credits to buy them yet though!

OH! Don't misunderstand me- 100 is a LOT of Sterling wires! I just miss the old auctions where THE TITLE and it seems the only thing offered, is not just the GIN. LOTS of us don't have the credits saved to go near these, is all, and it feels bad, like we don't have a chance to win anything worthwhile anymore. I used to win 50 wires for about 1000.
I guess reading "if these don't sell at the GIN price, then..." then the rest of us can bid and get so much less... the GINs are getting a bit out of control, is all. Know what I mean? The auction details should go first, then the GIN offer, not the other way around. A lot of the titles for auctions are now "GIN price- get them now!" (no regular auction details are even in the title or the first 1/2 of the description) :0(

I understand, things were much simpler until Listia added Get It Now (Dec. 24th, I remember it clearly). I had to restructure my entire selling strategy with Get It Now. What I like to do is offer fairly large lots to keep my shipping costs down (shipping lots of tiny lots costs too much in postage). But I can't afford to sell/ship a large GIN-sized lot if the winner only pays a few hundred credits. I keep track of my expenses and if I am losing my shirt, I will have to stop participating in Listia. I buy them in bulk to get the best price, but they cost me quite a bit more than, say, the silver plate wires.

I think most of my "non-GIN" tiers are fair ~~ based on what someone would pay at the GIN price. As a buyer, my best advice to you is to look only for listings that do not have the GIN option. With my listings, I usually tier them, and I try to offer my "standard" items non-GIN once in a while. But for me, it's only economically feasible to keep listing stuff if I get sell most of it in larger quantities to keep my shpping costs down. I spend about $300 a month in postage as it is.

So this auction is for 12 ear wires. Right? Unless bids reach 2700, then you will send 24 ear wires? Got it. Just wanted the auction details clear 1st then offer your GIN offer, that's all. Its too confusing this way.
