The listing, NEW--GENUINE GEMSTONE WORLD GLOBE has ended.

Hello everyone, I have here a very special piece straight
from Grandma's House. Still in its wrappings and Box. I
took it out to take pictures of it. I hope I captured the true
beauty of this wonderful Genuine Gemstone World Globe.
This beauty is made of Turquoise, Mother of Pearl, Amethyst, Jade and much more. These can be found in
Jewelry stores with high prices. It stand 8 inches tall and is approx. the size of a softball and it is on a gold tone base/stand. A gorgeous piece of work. I have one on another auction with Lapis Lazuli instead of Turquoise for the oceans....please check it out......thank you!

Many years ago my friend who dealt with selling diamonds and gems had one of these, but it was actually the size of a normal globe-maybe 15" diameter. It was stunning. He has since passed and now I wonder where that globe ended up. These are more practical because of the size. Again, I say, you live amongst a world of treasures, of which you are the best.

Well thank you so much Ms. Debbie for those kind words. I have actually seen these
globes in so many different sizes. I went to a Jewelry store in Arizona and they had one on a stand on the show room floor 2x the size of a basket ball. I also have
2 globes 2 inches smaller than these (in height but not size of globe), that I will list next week....maybe if the interest is there........thanks Grandma

In the description it says it's 8 inches tall and the size of a softball. Then in an answer to size you stated 6 inches tall and 3 inches wide. I love it and just wanted to confirm is it 6 or 8 inches tall.

Well, I might have mixed up the sizes. I have two of each. Both on now are the
larger Globes......I will remeasure and get back with it soon.....thanks for letting
me know that.....some times its not a good thing to list on a couple hours sleep.
