Since you are new or in case you do not know, Listia does not allow sellers to charge beyond real costs of actual mailing out the items, that way people can't "make money" using the shipping costs. If it is about the actual postal rate, the seller must disclose/justify why it is going to cost more. Can you do that please?

I do not understand why it costs so much to send 5 postcards. Could you mail them together in a greeting card envelope for a lower shipping cost?

No worries! I like to help out the new people. I think you can send 5 postcards in a gretting card envelope for about 2 stamps. If you need to card actual shipping charges (which is asking the buyer to pay whatever it costs you to mail it) then they can send you the $1 or they can mail you the 2 stamps and then you use it to mail the cards to them. There are lots of ways to do business on Listia (even if you don't have money to start off with) that won't get the "policy police" people upset. I was just trying to help!
