This book is one I referred to quite a bit for authentic Chinese meals. They have been adapted for the American kitchen but the recipes are NOT like what you get at your local Chinese restaurant. This is real chinese cooking. If you truly want ALOT of different Chinese recipes on every flavor and variety then this is the book for you. There is over 1000 recipes in this book! The dust jacket has lots of wear but it is still intact. The binding is still in very good condition and it does have all of its pages.
