well when I bought it they said 90 days or money back but I was where I wanted to be just 7-8 wks. You can drop 10 lbs or 10 inces in the 5 day inferno plan. The classes vary on time but most of them are 30 min. It comes with a schedule that ells you which video to watch everyday.There is 11 cd's..Every class has a 10 min stretch at the end of the workout.

It comes with the green stretch band you see and the other stretch band you see in the other pic, a meal plan book, measuring tape.

It has a whole little book with how to eat healthy and which videos todo and it show like six people and there results on the back. I didnt try it but im sure it can happen..This work out system is up there with P90X and Insanity just but this lady put upbeat music to the workout and does all her workouts with the music, some rap, old school, just all kinda good music so it makes it easier. Its Quick(Some videos are only 20 min fast workout then 10 stretch and your done) And if you look at the site it shows the graph but the workout keeps burning all day so you lose more weight.

I was thinking about getting this program so read about it the beachbody website. You said there are 11 DVDs but I thought there were 4 advanced DVDs also. Does your set have all 15 DVDs?
