I have Sweet peas here in Ohio and mine come back every year,have been for the last 15 yrs. :),They also don't handle transplanting very well, so it is best to plant where you want it to grow..If you don't collect the seed pods they explode and go everywhere,,hense alot of plants coming up,,.
