The listing, htc droid eris cellphone (please read entire listing) has ended.

HTC droid eris cell phone up for bidding. In good working condition. Verizon phone. Minimal wear n tear.
Bought new phone do I don't need this one.
The water damage sticker thing has turned pink. I don't know why since it's never been dropped in water. I have never had any problems with it. Touch screen 5 mega pixel camera, only had it a few months. Great little smart phone

yes. It would be pointless to sell the phone without it. it will include wall charger (car charger if I can find it) and a protective case if I can find it.

my data package was part of my overall phone plan. my minutes texts messages data usage everything was one set fee

when the phone was turned on yes I had a data package with it. but that has nothing to do with the actual phone. that involves the carrier. this phone is not unlocked so u would have to go thru Verizon

yes it's in perfect working condition. I recently got a new phone and have no use for it and since that sticker has turned pink it makes it harder to resale. If I can find the protective case that goes to it I'll be including that also. I will consider lowering the days tonight
