You bid using credits. The item is paid for in credits, but the shipping is cash. Cash can be money order, cash, or PayPal. Yeah, basically it's credits AND cash.

If you win I'll contact you with PayPal info. If you intend to pay in a different manner contact the seller/lister and ask for their address so you can mail the payment to them. Generally a seller/lister won't ship anything until they've received payment first.

It's not clear what you're asking. If you don't intend to pay for shipping on items that have a shipping fee then don't bid on them. There is a filter for shipping costs when you look items up to help you with that.
