"13 Wishes" is the second TV special of 2013. Gigi Grant, Twyla, Whisp, Catty Noir, Wydowna Spider and Fawn make their animated debuts.

Summary
The story starts with Frankie narrating about a story about the genie of the lantern Gigi who stops her "shadow" Whisp from influencing Fawn. The story, after the starting sequence, Frankie meets up with Draculaura, Cleo, Ghoulia, Abbey, Clawdeen and Lagoona and they all discuss wishes for the new year. Outside, Heath, Manny and Clawd attempt to get on the show "Die Trying" but fail.

Some light scratches, overall looked to be in good condition, and I was told it played fine

so ur not sure if it plays but ur tryin to get rid of it??? I would like to bid on this item but if ur not sure that it's going to play then I might wait until u check or until it's that last day I don't want to get something that may not play

Why do people feel the need to be a-holes on here?
If you don't like the auction don't bid!!!!!
It won't hurt my feelings.
Do you really expect people to sit and watch a whole DVD every time they post an auction?
I sell tons of dvd's if I spent the time to watch each and every one of them if have to quit my job and watch full time.
It may skip, but I did mention it is in pretty good condition.
