"101 Things to do with Meatballs" and "Pace Recipes". These are very useful cookbooks, but I simply have so darn many, it is time to weed them out. The meatball cookbook is full of helpful hints as well as 101 recipes from appetizers to family favorites and everything in between. It is very easy to follow these recipes, and uses common ingredients. The Salsa cookbook has 43 "tex-mex" based simple recipes from breakfast to dinner and everything in between. :) Happy Bidding!!!
