How did the clothes turn out ?

They turned out clean. No scent at all, which I like because I know that it doesn't have any chemicals and synthetic fragrances on it from normal detergents.

I highly recommend to not overload the washer. I did that a few times at first and they don't clean the clothes as well. The clothes need to be loose in the water when washing.

Yep, they come from a tree. They're technically not nuts, they're nicknamed that way for their appearance. They're actually part of the Lychee family.
