This is an eye-opening book by one of my favorite authors, Alice Miller. She has written this amazing study on the origins of violence. There are so many parallels in my own upbringing that I can only be grateful for my current state of being. I cry every day when I see children being subjected to some of the same things that were inflicted upon me.Gently used paperback with almost no markings / highlighting / underlining.
