Since I'm not a resident of VA, I'm not required to pay the sales tax, also you may want to check out your local franchise tax board and learn that unless you register and acquire a VA sales tax permit or resale license, you can't charge sales tax on things you sell without a sales tax permit.... Just a word to the wise as they get pretty mad and will audit you for all the taxes you have collected.

I'm sorry, but you don't possess a Listia Business License, it's a points system...And points cannot be taxed. S&H isn't taxable, and Listia has limits as to how much shipping can be charged.... I don't mean to be obstenent , but you can't take advantage of the franchise tax system simply to increase the moneies you charge for shipping( a non-taxable service), You are not a commercial business, or you would know this, and the item fits into a medium flat rate priority shipping box...
