Cross star...gives starlight or star bust effects on lights. If you want to Google it look for Hoya Cross Screen filter. Also, I held it up to my eye and hubby shinned a flashlight at me and it made the star burst effect. Thanks for asking. I didn't know what it did either! ~;^)
