HI,This is a old ceramic tile by the famous Robert Darr Wert.It is signed in the lower left hand corner.It still has the paperwork on the back as shown in the photo.They are called Country Print Tiles and are hand screen printed with hand cut stencils in ceramic underglaze.Colors are carefully fired in small quantity.They deflect the hand artof an earlier America and a way of life we try to recapture.
It was made in Ceramo New York.I don't know the exact age,but it is old.It measures 6 inches by 6 inches and also has 4 corked feet for protection.It comes from a clean,smoke free home.Thank you so much for stopping and enjoy the rest of your summer.
