It says its free shipping to ship the case WITHOUT the box it came in from the store. If the winner wants the box sent with the case its $3.00 to cover the extra shipping cost it will be with the box. Basically I can ship the item by itself a lot cheaper than shipping the item in its original the packaging. So free shipping is for the case only by itself.

Its some kinda soft plastic. What's in the description is how the comp describes it, and on the box their is nothing saying exactly what it is.
